The indoor pool is quite large and the dining menu has varied and tasty options, making my stay really enjoyable as a single traveler who loves exploring city parks and landmarks, just a short drive away from sequoia national park for amazing views. however, the cafe service could use some improvement.

Breakfast to Remember
The hotel served an incredible breakfast that started our day perfectly. The staff was attentive, and our room was well-equipped, making for a delightful stay overall.
We faced issues with noise from the nearby street, which interrupted our sleep. The bathroom cleanliness could have been better, with a few dust spots noticed.

I loved relaxing at the indoor pool and enjoying the seasonal outdoor pool while I stayed here. The room was really nice and comfortable, offering a cozy vibe. The only thing I didn't care for was the carpet, but it didn’t ruin my stay at all! 😊

Had an awesome time with friends here! We visited the nearby Plaza Business Park and enjoyed some fun at Visalia Adventure Park. The hotel’s inside pool was perfect for relaxation after our outings. Just a heads up, we had a little trouble with room keys acting up, needing resets often, but it didn’t ruin our stay!
We faced some issues when the elevator broke down during our stay, which made it tough for my parents to navigate the stairs. Would have been nice to have that fixed sooner.

The indoor pool was a hit with my kid! We also loved how close the hotel is to the Visalia Adventure Park, which made for a fun day. The staff were friendly and accommodating whenever we needed help.
In my kids’ opinion, the breakfast options could use some improvement.

The room was nice and clean, way better than I expected. The bed was comfortable, and I loved the good in-room coffee. However, I was a bit disappointed that I only got two towels and the bathroom wasn’t stocked up well. Other than that, it was a solid place to rest after a day of adventures.
